About Us

Our Story

Hi, I’m Jessie, a late-diagnosed ADHDer, the founder of Little Big Steps Health Group. I created this practice because I’ve always believed that people deserve support that feels human, warm, and genuine. With experience across behaviour support, mental health, disability, and even high-performance sport, I’ve learnt that real change happens when people feel understood, supported, and safe. My background as a tennis player and coach has shaped so much of who I am. I’ve always been drawn to helping people grow, build confidence, and discover what they’re capable of, and that passion naturally led me into clinical work.

LBS Health Group is proudly based in Launceston, Tasmania. This community means a lot to me, and as the practice grows, I’m excited to slowly expand our reach so we can support more people who need this kind of care. Our team of high-calibre practitioners share a commitment to kindness, authenticity, and best-practice care. We don’t rush people or take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we take the time to build relationships, honour lived experiences, and create support that actually fits with real life. Little Big Steps isn’t just a service; it’s a place where people are seen, heard, and supported through their challenges, big or small. You’re always welcome here, and we’d love to walk alongside you on your journey.
